The Royal Society of Arts is a 250-year-old British institution with 28,000 members around the world. Their mission is to find solutions to modern-day social challenges, and they came to MBA to help them become a 21st century, digital-first organisation - with the construction of a global online forum.
The RSA needed a new digital strategy to engage fellows and the public. MBA were engaged on an 18-month digital transformation programme to scope, design and implement a bold new website.
thersa.org is an interactive community forum that allows global fellows to personalise their experience and quickly find and engage with people and projects in their special interest area.
Built on EPiServer’s market-leading CMS and community platform (read more here) the site is integrated with Salesforce CRM, which not only allows members to interact and discover new content, but also automates all of the membership processes, providing great efficiency savings for the organisation.
