By developing a strategic content calendar populated with fun and interesting content relevant to Riviera Travel’s 50+ audience, in just 6 months we have grown Riviera’s Facebook channel by 23%, Twitter by 26% and organic Facebook reach has increased by 63%. Themed competitions and prizes, such as an Orangutan Sponsorship from the WWF to coincide with the launch of the company’s new Borneo escorted tour, have created excitement and buzz on the page.
All forms of digital TV are used to tell the fuller Riviera story across the Escorted Tours and River Cruise areas of the business. 2016 was another record year for the travel operator.
